By using River Oaks Connects you agree to these terms. The directory is provided as-is to support the River Oaks community.

Community participation

Residents must accurately represent themselves as members of the River Oaks community. Endorsements and reviews must reflect genuine experiences. Vendors must hold all applicable licenses and insurance to perform their work.

Vendor membership

Approved vendors may purchase an annual membership at the rate published on the platform. Membership renews yearly and may be cancelled at any time. Refunds are pro-rated upon request.

No warranty

River Oaks Connects does not perform work for residents and is not a party to any contract between a resident and a vendor. Neighbor endorsements are personal opinions, not guarantees of outcome.
